Alphabet.Inc is now Google’s Parent Company
Google is now Alphabet. It is now a part of new group Alphabet.Inc. After many years of innovation, Google’s Larry Page and Sergei Brin decided to build a new company named Alphabet. The purpose of making this group is to bring all initiatives like YouTube, Google Maps and all other Google products (Google also) under one page. Google is now officially a part of Alphabet. Google is no longer a bigger company. The main company is Alphabet. Under the hood, all of the companies owned by Google will work like YouTube, Google Glass, Android, Maps, X labs, Loon and other projects that were running under Google. The Alphabet is a massive overhaul of its business strategy. Same people behind Google own it. Alphabet can be explained by image below:

New CEO of Google is now Sundar Pichai, who was the head of Android OS and Chrome division in Google. It’s Alphabet that is the new company and from now, Google is a part of it.
Sundar Pichai is the new C.E.O of Google as declared by Larry page in his official letter of announcing Google as a part of the Alphabet.Inc.
